The assessment covers a 2-month period, to allow time to develop a professional project meeting your expectations.
It starts with an informative interview and is composed of 3 stages in compliance with the law.
The preliminary stage aims at asserting your expectations and defining the terms and conditions of the contract.
INVESTIGATING PHASE IN 2 STEPS
Who am I ?
Objective : going further to know oneself in order to discover one’s resources, develop self-confidence, and lift constraints.
How : by identifying the trainee’s resources, and his/her constraints through the sociogenogram and family background. Giving awareness of values, motivations, balance in life and professional interests (STRONG)
What can I do ?
Objective : define the trainee’s competencies, skills and potential
How: starting from proven experiences, explore the “know how” of the trainee, his /her preferred hobbies, capacity to bounce back and talents.
CONCLUDING IN 2 STEPS
What would I like to do ?
Objective : determine the professional projects meeting the trainee’s expectations while taking into account the constraints of the environment.
How : check the feasibility of the project with regards to the professional and family life objectives. Set up an action plan and provide tools to conduct interviews with working professionals in the selected fields.
What will I do?
Objective : Determine at least 2 realistic professional paths and prepare for their implementation.
How : Evaluate the possibility of carrying out the targeted professional projects with regards to the trainee’s background, the elements concerning the concrete implementation and the labor market.
Going from ideas to projects : determine two priority professional tracks « Plan A » and « Plan B », the steps necessary to implement them, set up drafts of a CV and a model cover letter for each professional track.
From project to action : set up an action plan for the implementation of the two priority professional options.
THE SYNTHESIS DOCUMENT
The working methods are adapted to the needs of the trainee.
In addition to face-to-face or online interviews and exchanges, they include questionnaires, skill portfolio, external research, business surveys with professionals.
A follow-up offer is planned 3 to 6 months after the end of the assessment.
